To submit hours through our Employer portal please visit https://employer.gobasys.com/sdeac/Login/Login.aspx

You will need an invitation code to register. If you have not yet received this code, please contact the Trust Office at (858) 569-6322 ex. 310. After registration is complete you are ready to submit your reports!

FAQ

  1. Where do I go to report on my employee’s hours/Fringe Benefits?
    The website for the employer portal is https://employer.gobasys.com/sdeac/Login/Login.aspx
  2. Am I required to use the employer portal?
    Yes. Due to new system requirements at the Trust Office the employer portal is now required.
  3. Can I do an Excel CSV upload of my employees work hours, gross earnings, Dues etc.?
    Yes, the Excel CSV file upload is a very easy option. A tutorial on how to use this feature is located in our “Tutorial Video” section of the “Employers” tab.
  4. When are my reports due each month?
    Your reports must be submitted online and paid for by the 15th of each month to avoid late fees. If the 15th falls on a weekend the following Monday becomes the due date.
  5. Can I pay for my monthly fringes with a credit card?
    No. To pay online through the employer portal you will need your routing and checking account numbers.
  6. Can I pay with a check?
    Yes, you can mail a check to:

    Please make your check payable to “SDEIT” and have your check postmarked by the 15th (or the following Monday if the 15th falls on a weekend) to avoid late fees.
